Think about a fire pit in the woods and so you’ve got a little enclosure of flames. Then simplify that image as much as possible. In the Middle you have a large flame and then to the sides you have two embers floating away as you throw on another piece of wood.

Reflection
There are numerous examples where fire is mentioned in scripture but I think the one that contradicts the common destructive image of fire is when was used to show God’s protection over his people.
